PK45 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PK45 platform, including the website at pk45.app, the PK45 mobile application, and all games, services, and features made available through them. The platform is operated by PK45 and these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PK45.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should not use PK45.

PK45 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date on this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use PK45 you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be accessing the platform on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded or have any previously imposed restriction that would prevent you from gambling on any platform.

PK45 does not claim any government authorisation, licensing endorsement, or regulatory approval from any Pakistani governmental body. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any laws applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction before registering.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on PK45. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. PK45 may require identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Documents may include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID.

• You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify PK45 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts registered with false or unverifiable information may be closed at any time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on PK45 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, IBFT bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as they become available. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on the payment screen at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your PK45 account instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank. PK45 does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by PK45 within the timeframes published on the Withdrawal page. Most mobile wallet withdrawals complete within four hours. First-time withdrawals may require identity verification before processing. You may only withdraw to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.

• PK45 does not charge withdrawal fees from the platform side.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• PK45 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• Deposits made by third parties on your behalf will not be accepted and will be returned.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

PK45 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each offer will have its own specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made or displayed in the promotions section of the platform.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus value must be wagered 30 times in total before withdrawal is possible.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• PK45 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through coordinated play, pattern betting, or other abuse will result in the bonus being voided.
• In the event of a dispute about bonus eligibility, PK45's decision is final.

6 Game Rules

Each game available on PK45 — including casino table games, slots, live casino titles, bingo, and any other format — operates according to its own published rules. Game rules are accessible within each game's information panel. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction that affects a game round, PK45 will investigate the affected round using server-side logs. If the outcome cannot be verified due to technical reasons, the game round may be voided and any wager refunded. PK45's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final.

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed.
• Winnings from game rounds are credited to your account balance automatically.
• Disconnection during a live casino round does not void the bet — the round is completed server-side.
• Any game found to have been played using software tools, bots, or automated systems will be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK45. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any automation to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion with other players or third parties.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including fraud or money laundering.
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to play on your account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured games for financial gain — any winnings from an identified error must be returned.
• Making threats or engaging in abusive, harassing, or offensive behaviour towards PK45 staff or other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

PK45 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is being investigated.

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will not be able to deposit, play, or withdraw during that period. PK45 aims to resolve account investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome where appropriate.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method after identity checks are completed.

9 Responsible Gaming

PK45 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adult entertainment, not as a financial instrument or income source. Players are encouraged to set personal limits, take breaks, and monitor their gaming habits regularly.

The following tools are available to all registered PK45 players directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap to control spending.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PK45 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to gaming outcomes, delays in payment processing, technical outages, or data loss.

PK45 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. PK45 will not be liable for losses incurred during such periods.

12 Privacy and Data

PK45 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. PK45 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 13 Changes to Terms

PK45 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will display a notification or send a communication to registered players where practicable. The updated Terms will take effect from the date shown in the "last updated" field at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
